scuba_steve
Hey everyone. I need a little help/info. (Bear with me as i do not know much about guitars!!!) My father owns a 3 pickup Les Paul artisan which was one of gibsons showcase models when he bought it in the 70's. As far as he is concerned they used better woods/materials in manufacturing showcase models... Is this true? The guitar also has two genuine PAF's on (not originally on the guitar im told). What i would like to know is, is the guitar worth anything and if so, who can value it? Or can anyone here shed any light on the guitar?
Grog
I was just at a guitar show on Saturday, one sold for $2,500.00. It was a Les Paul Artisan, I don't know about the showcase model part of it.
