Larry1958Texan
I am the proud, original owner of a 1958 Texan made in Kalamazoo and recently purchased an EJ-200ce in natural. The old Texan still sounds great and is easy to play. The EJ has a totally different, but still excellent tone acoustically plus I'm really enjoying how it sounds plugged in. I lived in New York my whole life until moving to Florida in 2007. I've been lurking around here for a while and decided to join to learn and hopefully contribute to this great forum. Red 333
Welcome, Larry. It's great to hear that a modern, Asian-made EJ is as enjoyable a classic, Kalamazoo-made instrument. We'd love to see some pictures! Red

frenchie 63
Welcome to the forum Larry, you will find lots of friends here along with enthusiasm and knowledge on all things Epiphone. Can be quiet at times mind, particularly on the acoustic forum, but I bet if you post some pics of your 58 Texan, that would keep us busy for months! :D :D Welcome again. Steve. TommyK
Welcome. Yes it's a bit quiet here. But it is a great site, especially for history of Epiphones.
