First the PDF must be converted to JPG format. This is easily done with a software program like Photoshop. Then it must be posted on a photo hosting site like Photobucket or Flickr, and then linked to this site. That's the abridged version, but the key is jpg format and the photo hosting site. If you would like to PM me the PDF, she said she would do the conversion and I can do the posting. All you have to do is e-mail me the PDF. You can direct mail me through this website.
