dem00n
I noticed on my Ipod menu on itunes that under Options you can click on "Convert higher bit rate songs to 128 kbps AAC". I notice when i click that the GB's on audio goes down alot, does that lesser the quality of the songs on the ipod?
Riffster
I'd say yes if your songs are a a higher kbps rate. I see that function as a resource when you are running out of space and decide to change everything to 128 kbps. I have everything at 192, good enough for me when it comes to MP3s

Rocky4
According to Apple, a 128 kb AAC sounds better than a 128 kb mp3 Here's an article on comparison.. http://ipod.about.com/od/introductiontoitunes/a/sound_qual_test.htm
