The way Gibson works is (1) the dealer places an order, (2) Gibson builds the guitars, and (3) ships 'em to the dealer. If the dealer asks for a guitar to be built left-handed, Gibson builds it left-handed. Any model. Gibson will build pretty much whatever the dealer wants. (Which is how you wind up with oddball stuff like short-scale AJs when the main point of the AJ is to be long-scale.
