Paging Page Posted June 12, 2011 Share Posted June 12, 2011 So, this is sung to a karaoke track and I'm afraid there's only a brief glimpse of a guitar going offstage in this, but anyway this is me singing onstage tonight at our church talent show. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqSckT8co7c Got the crowd all clapping - I was at the end of the night & most of the numbers were cute kids doing their piano or violin classical pieces. They were great too! But you know. A little rock got 'em going. It was a blast. Not perfect perfect (there is a funny lyric flub in there if you catch it - rofl) but I had a great time and so did they!! YEAH! Audio quality did not turn out :( hard to fix -- but they tell me the house mix was fine and I was NOT blowing out the mic as it sorta sounds here. Just more than the Android HTC phone mic could handle all right, LOL. Oh and this is my son (9 yrs old!) doing Eye of The Tiger (earlier in the show). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIoxe-oL0Uc He kinda didn't want them clapping thru the intro and was NOT gonna bust a move for 'em. LOL!! But I was way proud of him! He does this to RockBand & karaoke but doing it with a lyric sheet and WITHOUT a bouncy ball to keep his place was a step we just put him through TODAY a few hours before the show to see if he could do it.
