Howard_c Posted September 25, 2011 Share Posted September 25, 2011 Here's a picture of my newly aquired 1956 J-50. The guitar has been refinished in the past, but the sound is there. Plus, the discount for the refinish helped me convince myself I could afford it! I find it curious that I have never heard the tone of an old J-45 / J-50 duplicated in a newer slope D guitar.
