Please and thank you. Need to see some pictures to be sure. What kind of condition? Any unoriginal parts? Any repairs? Any damage? Colour? If it's cherry it's a 1969 but it could be a 1966 if it's in sunburst...

If it's cherry it's a 1969 but it could be a 1966 if it's in sunburst... Guitar Info Your guitar was made at the Kalamazoo Plant (Gibson), USA in the Year(s): 1966 or 1969 its a 1966 All original parts, no repairs no damage its a sunburst. Only thing missing is the pick guard. Photos http://s1206.photobucket.com/albums/bb453/kanuhbis/ EDIT: Also I would like to know the true value of the guitar I want to sell it to some one who knows the value its pretty sentimental. LongMan
Casino Jr.? This is news to me... Not junior, single pickup model. Similar to the Gibson ES-330T I guess. The double pickup models had additional D in the name (E230TD, ES-330TD).

clarkuss
Based on similar guitars I would say $2000-2500. The missing pickguard and more crucially the fact it's single pick up probably reduce its value by at least $1000 compared to other vintage Casinos. I would say the majority of people looking for a vintage (or any other)Casino would be after a 2 pick up model. I think most people would prefer a USA or Elit/Elitist 2 pickups casino over a similarly priced vintage 1 pickup model so with that in mind it may be difficult to get top dollar for that guitar in today's watered down Casino market (There are 2-3 high end reissues, IBJL, 60th anniversary and Korean and Chinese standards as well as the possibility of picking up a 70s EA or a Japanese Casino from the 80s. Plus there's the Gibson 330 and various other similar guitars to compete with.) There are two similar guitars on ebay.com if you search epiphone casino 1966 so i would monitor those auctions to give yourself an idea of what they are selling for.
