orpheoet Posted December 5, 2011 Share Posted December 5, 2011 hey there, Just bought a 67 barney kessel off ebay. Its a refin but supposedly has all original parts except the tuners. I bought it to play it, not as a collector. I'm just looking for any info more experienced members may have as far as the this model goes. There isnt a whole lot of info on line for a model that was made for 13 yrs(?)Ive read it had a laminated spruce top but it looks like maple to me. If it's not cracked or damaged, the rest is just hardware and you can get anything on eBay. Never mind the wood, wood is wood is wood. Where did you read that it had a Spruce top?
