It sounds like a scam but they are using this escrow service http://www.alco-transactions.com and they look to be legit. Anyone here familiar? A Blekko search turned up some recent reviews that were scam victims. Got their address. Alco Safe Transactions is located at: 1437 West 190th street Gardena Ca.
