JasonCarey
Further to my last post - I'm not sure if it's better to buy a vintage / early to mid 1960s acoustic guitar and put a pick-up in it, or buy a new Gibson J45 Pure Voice or new Hummingbird? Some shops on Denmark Street in London have said to always buy old?
duluthdan
Need a pickup in it? But a newer model, don't drill holes in a vintage guitar, you will diminish its value.
Versatile
There is more than one way to skin a rabbit... A Fishman/Shadow or whatever sound-hole pickup can sound excellent with no damage to any guitar... Some people though, prefer an integral piezo with pre-amp and EQ/Vol on the guitar...
