Orc Posted November 1, 2012 Share Posted November 1, 2012 Hi everyone, I need some advice for may Les Paul std 2008 (bought in 2009). I've just noticed that the binding was cracked on the bottom of my guitar, just like on this picture: (took the pics on the web, but it's exactly the same on my LP) I don't know what to do. Could it get worse? (binding that comes part for example) Should I bring it immediately to a luthier? According to you, what could be the cause of the problem? What have I done wrong? Because I have no idea how it happened. I feel like it happened overnight. I'm pretty painstaking and my guitar always stays in its case when I don't use it.
