Playing National Guitars in Burma/Myanmar

No ...not tasty Resonators but the ubiquitous guitars from The National Instrument Factory of Myanmar. These plywood jobbies are everywhere...which is kind of nice, with lots of people making their own entertainment.

The guitars are uniformly 'orrible..always out of tune, narrow necks, high action. But the price is right.$45 for a standard, $55 with pickup (don't think it was the amulet system).

Here's me playing some delta blues on the Irrawaddy delta.I think this was a Donovan Cosmic Wheels model.
