There are pictures in the "introduction" section because I can't post from the iPad and had to do it from a PC. There were only 55 J55's made in 1939. The only year with both the stair step headstock and the moustache bridge. I have not seen a natural top, lefty or righty before. There is a 41 for sale someplace right now asking $20K. In 1940 they went to a standard headstock and in 1941 they went to the bat wing bridge. It is a fantastic sounding guitar. Mine has and older refinish, so the price was not as dear as this one.
