uriahsmusic
Can you folks help me identify this guitar. Pix are attached and the serial # is sn 94013262
capmaster
Are you sure about the serial number? A year doesn't have 401 days... please check again. EDIT: My fault - see next two posts below. At the first glance, it looks pretty much like a Howard Roberts Fusion, and if it was made around the mid 1990s the III should apply, too. One in ebony has been offered to me twice within nine years, both the sellers were pals, and I checked it out twice, too. Finally it was sold through ebay to a professional buyer, and it is likely he will trade it again. They are great guitars, just not to my taste. L5Larry
the serial # is sn 94013262 I'm sure you can double check this (and should), but... I believe in 1994 all Gibsons had "94" prefix serial numbers in honor of their centennial year.
capmaster
I'm sure you can double check this (and should), but... I believe in 1994 all Gibsons had "94" prefix serial numbers in honor of their centennial year. Sorry, I never saw one of these before, and they obviously were used beside 9xxx4xxx numbers. I quote here from the official Gibson Serial Number Guide: http://www2.gibson.com/Support/Serial-Number-Search.aspx 'Those beginning with "94": In 1994, Gibson's Centennial year, many instruments have a serial number that begins with "94" for the year, with the remaining 6 digits indicating the ranking number.' I beg your pardon for my ignorance.
