lolo_guitar,

I have the Seymour Duncan Dimebucker SH-13 pickup in the bridge position on my Les Paul, and it meets all your requirements, re; harmonics, sustain, and feedback.

For a fat, awesome sound in the neck position, I recommend the Seymour Duncan SH-1 1959 model pickup.

Both will drop right in without any wood-cutting or modifications.

You do have to do a bit of soldering.

Just my two cents worth.

(Okay. More like my $170 worth...)

i know the sh1 : is it different from the 490r?

sh13? i don't want ceramic !

The SH-1 will have a slightly lower output, but a much smoother tone at lower volumes.

And a nice fat tone at higher volumes (much more usable than the 490r, by all accounts).

I have no particular bias against ceramic magnets myself.

I just know what sounds good, and the Dimebucker sounds really, really good.

The bottom line, no matter what you end up purchasing;

Give a listen to any number of youtube videos.

You will find a pickup that does it for you.
