gearbasher
For those who aren't aware, Floyd "Gib" Guilbeau passed away earlier this year. I haven't been too active on the forum lately, so I didn't get around to posting this when I heard the news. My brother was over today and we were talking about a Flying Burrito Bros. show we attended back in Dec. 1979. So I dug through some stuff and found a few photos I took of Gib at the show. I thought I would share them. It was at The Lone Star Cafe in NYC. The band that night also included two other talented musicians who are no longer with us. Skip Battin and Sneaky Pete Kleinow. BTW: Here was their playlist. Which I "liberated" from Gib's mic stand after the show.
Murph
I was not very informed about him / them, so I did this. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Flying_Burrito_Brothers That was quite a run....
