  1. Ok, finally played a J35 today. I must say, I was impressed. Felt good, sounded good. You are right, its a little brighter and punchier then the J45, but thats a good thing. Not bad at all. Even though its hog back and sides, it is different in tone to the J45. Hmmmmmmmm.
  2. For all you guys who have or played a J35, is it all that, or is it just a low priced piece of Gibson fudder to try to take our money, and for those who cant afford a real J45? Tell me, I want to know. Is it legit, or is it a Walmart special Gibson?
  3. Yes, the j45 is still for sale.

  4. I will sell you mine with a HSC. Its MINT, with an LR Baggs Element system in it. brannon67@gmail.com

  5. You may want to try my local music store Mississippi Music in Jackson, Mississippi. They have one they ordered for me that they are holding. I cnat get it right now, so if you want it, give them a call. 1-601-922-1200, and ask for Dan.

  6. Yes, I did, sell the Larrivee. Sorry

  7. Hi, YEs, I did trade the Laravee in a while back. Decided to keep the teo Masterbilts.

  8. Well, if the Esonic2 works for you, and you like it, thats awesome, whatever works and sounds good, but as for myself and alot of others on here, the Esonic2 has given us nothing but trouble and grief. But, I hear when it works right, its a great PU system. I just would not know, so I stick with either Baggs or Fishman.
  9. You cant go wrong with a Baggs Element PU. You will have to make sure the Baggs preamp will fit into the space of the Esonic2. If not, then you will have to have it custom fitted, which will cost you. Anyway, good luck, and keep us posted.
  10. I agree with you on that, that the Nano PU is an eye sore. Never liked the way it looked, or sounded. At least the Baggs system is hid, and sounds so much better.
  11. Read around on here, and you will find, that many people here despise the Esonic2 preamp and nano PU. But a few like it, so there you go. Personally, I cant stand it. Nothing but problems, and its rediculous. Epiphone should have never replaced the LR Baggs Element with that crap. Good luck replacing your Esonic2. I feel for you Bro.
  12. Sure, I will send you a couple pics of them. The only reason Im selling them, is I need the money to pay some bills off before I get married. I hate to see them go, but oh well.

  13. I bought an Epi AJ200VE model the other day, and found out it did not come with a case. The sales person at GC told me they did not have any Epi cases, but could give me an off brand case. I said I would wait. I kept the guitar on hold until the Epi case I ordered from MF came, then I went and took the Epi case to GC and picked up my guitar and brought it back home. GC does some wierd crap sometimes.
  14. I noticed that GC does some really shady stuff sometimes with the pricing. Like when you buy an Epi and a Gibson, and basically any guitar that is suppose to come with a case. I noticed they list the case and price separately on the receipt. Hmmmm, I still dont get that. If the guitar comes with a case, should it not just be included in the price of the guitar, and left alone, instead of listing it separately. I think GC is being shady about that, and sneaking the price of the case in seperate from the price of the guitar. Thats not right. How can they do this and get away with it?
