BLTs for lunch
New roast for supper,pretty good better than that store bought crap you gotta wonder if it's some of those 14 year old cows that get sold at the sale ring. There's a reason it's on sale at the grocery store.

Grilled some of the new hamburger last night,damn it was good. Love bull meat. Just enough fat to keep it juicy without having a fire dept.fire on the grill.

Hate to be a Peter Repeter but BLTs til the fresh garden tomatoes are salsa.

Meatballs with honey garlic sauce and potatoes. Wasn't that good but the old lady was on the war wagon and didn't dare say it.

BLT again for lunch yesterday nothing better while I can go out to the vine and pick fresh tomatoes. This am breakfast was bagels smothered in butter and honey. Did you know that honey has 72 things in it that are good for you? Fr. Basil the new parish priest was a beekeeper at the abbey and informed me of all the wonderful health benefits derived from honey.

Karen made stir fry last night,man it was good. Kept going back and eating all the broccoli out of it. Nothing for breakfast but coffee.

Pulled pork BBQ style,zucchini mushrooms on the side,red potatoes and creamed cucumbers outta the garden. Wonderfully delicious.

Cheeseburgers for lunch. In the house after swathing oats for a large glass of koolaid to cool off. 93 degrees and with no air conditioning in swather makes it taste better than anything.

Kentucky fried chicken with mashed potatos, cole slaw and corn. We haven't gone there in about a decade. It was a good treat.

Few pieces of maple bacon. Don't eat much when it's hot.lost about 20 lbs this summer already.

He only likes vegamite and eggs and sheep meat. Today was Mexican. Quesadillas.🐔

Bagels for breakfast,pizza for dinner,just picked rasberries for dessert.
