cjsinla Posted July 8, 2013 Share Posted July 8, 2013 Is there any way to fix a broken handle on an old Gibson case? I have a case that came with a guitar that I bought a 1982. The handle is plastic. Yesterday it broke off. Is there an easy way to get this fixed or do I have to replace the whole case? The metal brackets are still intact, only the handle broke. NHTom Posted July 13, 2013 Share Posted July 13, 2013 if the metal loops on the case are still ok, I've seen the above mentioned aftermarket parts places have them that look like original, but have a little loop and buckle to attach.......looks like it would be an easy repair.
