MR GIBS Posted October 12, 2013 Share Posted October 12, 2013 It was a very useful for me video. Definitely in 1939 the tusk did not exist and the nut&saddle of that J39 are bone for sure. So I started concidering the change of mines with bone too. I am sure that the tusk gives to the sound of the 2013 J35 a tinny overtone (especially the second string!) but I don't need it so much...
