DazHumbucker
Hello everyone a newbie here needs some help. Had my new LPJ in chocolate a short while and was wondering the best way to clean and care for it. I have some dunlop 65 that i use on my strat but not sure if that would be safe to use on the LPJ finish. i wipe it down with a clean dry cloth and keep it in a gibson hard case when not using it , i just dont want to apply anything to cause damage to my new best friend. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks Guys and Girls DazHumbucker
lazarusvt84
Virtuoso cleaner and polish. My satin-finished LP Studio 60's Tribute now has a glossy-looking finish to it....as for the rest of the nitro and non-nitro herd....superb shine. Guest Farnsbarns
Your Dunlop 65 will be fine. That said, naphtha/lighter fluid for cleaning and gibson pump polish for shining is what I would recommend if you didn't already have the Dunlop polish.
