I know many of you have seen mine before, but given Californiaman's great post, I can't resist in posting mine again. Also what can you tell us about that wonderful looking amp? Californiaman Posted January 15, 2009 Author Share Posted January 15, 2009 Hey Mr. Robot, It's black and gold. I'm reasonably sure it's 1988. She has a mahogany back and sides with a maple cap. The amplifier is a Gibson GA-5 Goldtone Les Paul Jr. Amplifier. It's 5 watts with point to point wiring and made right here in the good old USA. Unfortunately it has been discontinued. When it first came out retailers were getting $800 for them. I bought mine new Dec. 23 for $350.00. I like the flame on the top of your 175. It's Flashy-fresh.
