Well Standards from 2008 came with locking tuners (I have one :)) but there are many different models so its hard to tell.. I take it the trussrod cover is blank? As a pure guess id say its a Les Paul 2008 Traditional... Best thing to do is to send those pics (and a pic of the front of the headstock will help) and the serial to Gibson Customer Service... they are usually pretty good at getting back to people... If you cant wait, often under the bridge pickup theres some letters in the cavity that can identify what model it is (but obviously that would mean taking the strings off which you may not want too).
