The serial number is WF02051707 .. it heavy as all hell and plays like a dream.. its litterly in mint shape and almost never goes out of tune... deeman Posted July 3, 2016 Share Posted July 3, 2016 For a time in the nineties and early aughts the truss rod covers on many epiphones said Gibson. Are you referring to the truss rod cover? sparquelito Posted July 3, 2016 Share Posted July 3, 2016 I had an Epiphone S300 (strat copy with the hockey stick head stock) years ago that had the large Epiphone logo on the headstock, but the truss rod cover said Gibson.
