Help me determine the authenticity of my guitar model.I will present the photo below, but for now I will explain what's what. I bought Gibson lp standart 2000(as stated by the seller), bought remotely, so not all the details were known. And it turned out that the guitar was repainted and the number of the instrument was put on top of the paint... After contacting Gibson employees, I found out that the number corresponds to the model 104 days of 2000, Gibson lp standart black with 490R, 498R. there were doubts That the original original number could be changed and the guitar model may be different... What are your opinions?

From your many pics I think this guitar is legit but I'm not an authority.

The aging on the machine heads tallies with it being at least 20 yrs old.

The Gibson logo on the pots and underside of the pickups is also interesting and may help to date it, if they are the are original parts of course.

It might have been rewired.  Perhaps a forum expert could comment?
