I'm no expert but it does look real enough to me, and from the 70s era of the chainsaw case.

I can't remember what they called that bridge but have seen ones like it before on some mid-70s Gibsons.

The machine heads have crank buttons ( a little lever comes out and enables you to turn the machine head quickly) which may not be original. Some people don't like those as they say the crank handles break off.   Not if you take care - I haven't ever had that problem on my 3 guitars with crank buttons.

Also (it is difficult to see) I think it has the original frets with 'nibs' (binding).

Value of a 70s 3-pickup 'black beauty'?  I am in UK so it would be more over here.
