estebanhern82
Hey guys. I have a question I am negotiating and might buy a ES335 model ESDTVSNH1 sunburst. The year is 2013, serial 10993707. I've known the owner and he showed me a while ago that it was sold at Sweetwater for around $5,000. The owner apparently bought it for aprox $5 grand. What could be special about this guitar? Why is this price higher compared to the ones that sell around $3k?

ghost_of_fl
Found this in a different post in this forum: "ESDTVSNH1 translates to an ES with Dot Neck, Figured Top, Vintage Sunburst color and Nickel Hardware, The "1" is vestigial from when Gibson used to sell first quality "1" and "second quality 2" pieces" no idea why it would cost that much.
