KSG_Standard Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 Anybody see the PBS special on Rockabilly music? It was on here in South Texas tonight...Pretty good show. Saw Gene Vincent playing a very old SG, and other old dudes playing old LPs, ES's as well as old Fenders. Saw the Johnny Burnette Trio playing "Train kept a rollin", it was awesome! I didn't realize what an effect those old rockabilly tunes had on the Beatles. If you get a chance to see the show, it's well worth your time.
