mbberry
I kept waiting and waiting and they’ve finally released a proper ES-335. I have a hunch a ‘59 LE is coming based on their offerings in the recent past so I might hold off for a bit before ordering this one https://www.themusiczoo.com/products/epiphone-es-335-semi-hollowbody-guitar-vintage-sunburst?variant=32684631621711¤cy=USD&utm_medium=product_sync&utm_source=google&utm_content=sag_organic&utm_campaign=sag_organic&utm_campaign=gs-2019-10-24&utm_source=google&utm_medium=smart_campaign&gclid=Cj0KCQjwreT8BRDTARIsAJLI0KIVoqQ1c8S28122RKOyJZGWW_vRRh2Ujoj8qshyM9aANsf2CXnHa1MaAs03EALw_wcB
merciful-evans
I never thought Epi would. How does this differ from the Dot?
mbberry
Wow let me count the ways.. CTS pots for starters which is a big deal in terms of tone. Replaced the standard Grovers with tulip tuners. Cosmetically they have the correct pickguard, blank truss cover, correct headstock inlay, binding on the neck, the new improved headstock and importantly to me but not a big deal to most they’ve done away with the sunburst on the rims of the body
