webmassa
Hi all, I purchased a Gibson LP Pro Deluxe Goldtop from 1981 but it has a blank trussrod cover. As I found out, the right one should be one with "Pro" on it. So I searched the net for a replacement but could not find one. Somtimes I see trussrod covers with "Deluxe" on it, but none with "Pro" engraved. Gibson support said they could not help with this replacement part. So my question is, if anyone here wants to sell an original, replica or can give me a good tip where to look after this part? By the way, maybe someone owns an LP Pro Deluxe an can make some detailed pictures? Tanks in advance for your help and with kind regards...Philipp
Tim Plains
Have you tried eBay? Those sorts of things should pop up form time to time.
