snake1801
I bought a gibson off my old guitar teacher who basicaly told me this was a vintage Gibson USA Original. I love the guitar to bits and wouldnt matter if i didnt actualy know what it was but i have looked on the internet and havent found anything like it! I cant find it in the discontinued models of gibson either. I wouldnt even care if it wasnt a gibson but it seems very well made. The pickups sound great with no feedback and the action is nothing. It also has a great tremolo on. Thankyou for all your help and any helpfull or informative feedback would be greatly appreciated.

pohatu771
An early guess is that it's a modified Gibson/Epiphone Spirit. Based on the bridge, I'm saying it's a Spirit XPL. The switch has been replaced with an additional control and a new switch has been drilled. I'm guessing that it also has a locking nut. The XPL should have an Explorer-style headstock, the Spirit I or Spirit II have traditional Gibson headstocks.
