I have a commemorative Richard Nixon plate hanging on my wall that once was on my grandfather's kitchen wall. No I don't like Nixon. I see that plate and it reminds me of all the times I got granddad so worked up he had to go to the garage and pace for 10 min.. LOL. Granddad was a Firefighter/EMT and a good man who would have done anything for anyone regardless of their politics or religion or color. Yeah he might have come home that night and talked about those damn dirty hippies, but as I have said and as I believe it's one's actions not words that make a man. Where have all the cowboys gone? I wish the republican party would get rid of the right wing crazies and again become a viable option that my grandfather would have been proud to be a part of.
