GibsonByBirth
Through a series of trades, I wound up with these two amps: Vox Valvetronix VT50 50W 1x12 Guitar Combo Amp (which still has a reciept and 15 days to turn back into GC for $400)and a Peavey Classic 50/410 Tube Combo Amp (which I would have to sell or trade to get anything out of it). I only need one. Which would you keep and why? I like the sound of both. The vox is programmable for many sounds and is tube driven. The Peavey is also a tube amp. Silverbursted
Which one sounds better to you? Never played the Peavey, so I have no opinion there, but I used to have a VT30. It was just ok. The VOX is a hybrid (if I'm not mistaken) but the Peavey is a full tube. And since you can get you money out of the VOX with no penalty, I'd keep the Peavey.
