TM
For many years I scoured the local papers looking for guitars at auctions. I bought a few, missed a few, should have bought a few more. I guess I gave up after so much lost time on wild goose chases. This auction was just a few blocks from my house and got all the old juices flowing. Not only the like new J 45; a 67 Fender Coronado, 66 black face deluxe reverb and a brown Princeton reverb all like new condition. I could not attend the Saturday sale so I left a bid just to be in the game. The staff bidding for me raised my max bid by one increment and I got the guitar. A friend bid on the amps but didn't bid enough. I didn't have the money for the amps although that was probably where the money was. My heart was with the J 45. Just don't see older items this clean and there were four! Haven't had a guitar this clean in a long time. Haven't had one this new in a long time. I just bought it for re-sale so go over to the buy and sale for your Cherry Christmas present.
Gilliangirl
Nice haul, Terry! What's the nut width? Never mind, I'll zip over to the Trading Post. I see it's got that adjustable bridge on it.

Gilliangirl
Terry, I saw it but it looked like it needed a new fretboard? Hard to tell in the pictures but it looked like some serious indentations?
