Dont trust magzine reviews.

Sometimes the company pays the magzine just to say good things about their product.

Thanks. I was an editor for many years at a couple of magazines. Only really crap magazines would do what you suggest. I am pretty sure that Guitar Player doesn't. The sales people might want the editors to do it...but most editors would quit before allowing such a practice.

 

Now, that does't mean the editors don't know what they are talking about. That's a different issue.

Well its not all the same for all magzines you still gota watch it. Good to know someone in the bussines is true.
