DeVeeWee
This Saturday, January 23, it was 100 years ago, Django Reinhardt, the founder of gypsy jazz guitar, was born in a little town in Belgium, called Liberchies. As many of you might know, the guitarist with only 3 fingers(lost 2 in a fire of his camper) lived a remarkable life and has motivated a lot of generations of guitarists to keep alive that jazz 'manouche'! To celebrate the 100 years of his birth, all over the world there will be 'Djangofollies'! As a tribute, I would like to share some music and info on monsieur Django Reinhardt with you all. I hope you will enjoy the few video clips that still exist: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Django_Reinhardt
