frankandstephen
Hey all! I purchased a Koa SJ-200 for my son today - at a Guitar Center. The label inside says SJ-200 Standard Koa however there is a Gibson Custom logo on the headstock... Please explain what we have here - thanks! BigKahune
Not unusual with exoctic woods. It's made to all the specs of a standard, except the wood. It wasn't built with the reg standards, it was a run of custom wood done with a limited number number of units. BTW, congrats and a great guitar. :P How about a pic or two.
