milod
Guys, let's not get personal on this, please. Frankly when I get grouchy, I figure the only way to both have energy independence and improve the environment is to cut the world's population by half. That's unlikely. I just dropped a half dozen paragraphs. An oil spill here or there is not the end of human civilization. But what might be? Bottom line is that all I've seen in my own lifetime of watching international politics, perhaps somewhat more closely than some, is that it appears there are more unintended bad consequences of good intentions than we currently care as a culture to admit. Notice I said "as a culture" to include a whole lot of folks and places rather than any politics of where I might live. m
