LPDeluxe2004
Hi I am new to LP's and only 7 years of having one. I was wondering why the PAF sticker ( Patent Applied For ) on quite a few Reissue PAF picups are scraped abit off. Maybe its nothing, but it seems difficult to find a picup with a complete sticker. Are there alot of fake picups 57`Classic Reissue PAFs. Any info would be great Thanks to all who answer. Jon Toronto Canada

Tim Plains
I've looked at all mine in the past and can't recall seeing any scrape marks. Burn marks, yes; scrape marks, no. Heat from a soldering iron? Probably. (on a side note) Hey blue, I did it - the Marshall's gone!!
