This guitar is in pristine condition. It has no issues at all. I would keep it except that I already have a Gibson Roy Smeck 12 fret and the similarities are too great. I also have my eye on an Southern Jumbo and I can't keep them all. I'm sure you understand. Anyway, if you're interested please reach out to me at rob2@tampabay.rr.com and we can discuss.
