Muskank Sally Posted April 7, 2008 Share Posted April 7, 2008 The new Epi Loc-Tone (Tone Loc?..He was a rapper huh?) is just an attachment improvement that keeps the el cheapo bridge and tail in place, Yes they are a bit better than the old one and do sustain, (even stamped with the Epiphone name underneath so yes they are proud of it..) but if you need a new bridge I would definitely check Stew-Mac for a wider spaced type bridge that allows for better saddle movement/intonation. You will still be forced to turn the saddles around on the Epi Loc Tone to improve the movement. It is liveable but annoying. They should've added more saddle space to the Loc-Tone.
