jook
Came across this on eBay. It seems like a different sunburst finish than the typical Masterbilts: Are these old versions? or new? :-
PeteWilson
It appears more yellow that the sunburst EF500R that I have. New? Dont know about that part.
L1Picker
I don't know either, but I like the looks of it. That's a sharp burst.
ajsc
I like it too!! I haven't had a chance to play a rosewood model yet. I'm looking forward to it. I don't really need a rosewood guitar, but who knows what the future might hold. All I know was I was blown away when I played my aj 500m, for the 1st time. But then again I was "sort" of looking for a mahogany guitar.
jook
Just for reference, here is the more typical sunburst AJ500M: I think I like the smooth burst more. I like the shade of the one in the first post though, and it's interesting that they're manufacturing different bursts. Or perhaps it was a prototype from early on? For those of you who like it, you can find the ebay listing HERE.
L1Picker
The lighter burst reminds me of the Elite Texan they made a few years back.
