uryan
HI THERE! I´m new to the forum and the world of epiphone. Some years ago i bought an epi black beauty and i really like it, espacially the shape of the neck. I would also like to have a les paul 12 string and found some epis. Are they very uncommon??? If they are: how much will i have to spend on this?? Would be great to get some info.
charlie brown
You see them, once in a great while. But, LP 12-strings don't seem to be in much demand. Rickenbacker has all but cornered the market, on electric 12-strings. However...the Epiphone Elitist Riviera 12-string is an excellent alternative. The mini- humbuckers are bright and round enough sounding, to capture the "jangle" that an electric 12 needs, without getting "muddy" in the process. rpach10115
I have an Epi 12 LP that I am willing to sell. It has been modified with Dimarzio f spaced fred in the neck, and a dimarzio f spaced Joe Satriani in the Bridge. All the wiring on it has been professionally redone along with the setup, new 5ook pots, and a switchcraft PU selector switch. It plays beautifully. Red Cherry burst color. I am willing to sell it because I use my 1275 for any song that I need a 12 string for.
