britabe Posted November 1, 2008 Share Posted November 1, 2008 so far i have gotten my tuners (grover 135 vintage w/ tulip), tailpiece, wiring harness, trc. the bridge should be here next week. the bridge and trc have been very difficult to obtain so i decided on a tonepros avr 2 (advanced vintage replacement). i may seek out nylon saddles down the road but most likely i will not. 2 hole trc?? forget it! not gonna happen! (and i have a friend that goes back to elementary school that works at Gibson!) SO. i have opted for a vintage 3 hole 2ply (circa mid 70s. i think its the old school "E". see pics) that came off an old bolt on epi from the 70s. its my dads and the guitar i learned on Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Metal "butter bean" Kluson's, or "Grovers" on the later "Revolution" version. Even it had the Kluson's, for a long time.
