JabbaHursty Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 i've gone epiphone crazy of the past few months, acquiring a biscuit, LP, dot and wildkat. the wildkat comes with dogear P90s. would these be the same as those found on, say, the casino? are there different grades of epiphone P90 pickups? is there much reason to upgrade to gibson P90s? Also, I've upgraded to a Gibson P-90 and there is a difference, the Gibson cuts a little more when fully distorted. But personally, there isn't really that much difference. I've sold replacements, and people have been happier with them, but those people have been a minority.
