Will these tuner buttons fit?

I want to change the tuning buttons on my SG G-310 to keystone shaped ones. I was just wondering if these particular ones will fit the standard tuners on my G-310.

There's often a difference in brands to deal with.

If you got plastic or other soft material, you can recut those.. but metal will be what they are.

when it says gotoh and you swap from regular buttons, you're changing brands and shape.

so they probably are longer than your center shaft.

Now.. you might be able to also use a longer screw.. and at least get them tight.

But I dunno, 'cause I try to match parts most of the time and haven't tried that.

 

I know I got a set of imperial buttons to fit on my epi lp.. it has standard grovers.. and I had to swap out the screw with another set.

fortunately they looked crappy on that guitar anyway. wrong headstock.

 

If you call all parts, I'm sure they'd recommend something else. IF they can. It depends on what tuners you have.. g310 doesn't get grover, so it's hard to say what their sizing is for sure.

 

Were it me, I'd just save a bit more money and get some better tuners.
