animalfarm
I've never "laid hands" on the Epi minis, but I did snag a J. Reynolds Half-size LP copy for $35.00 (really). It came with open coil HBs and NO tuners. I installed Chrome EPI HBs and Grover D-tips, buffed out the scratches... After months of intermittent searching, I CANNOT find another like it on the 'net. (Most have only one pup). I CAN find websites that sell the same git for $120, but they only show a picture of a FULL SIZE LP, and have the disclaimer that item is out of stock, may never be in stock again. Anyway... I tune it to "G". SIZE COMPARISON: BACK: FINISHED PRODUCT:

animalfarm
It plays the same as a regular git capo'd at the 3rd fret, requires very little when bending to reach note. A couple of days ago, I plugged in and played some Aerosmith and Molly Hatchett, still makes me laugh - sounds like Alvin and Chipmunks!
