Just curious is the neck profile is different between the Aj500m and the IB Texan.....if anyone has played both. Although I want one of each for right now I think I need to choose... frenchie1281734003 Posted March 20, 2010 Share Posted March 20, 2010 I haven`t played the AJ-500M, but from what I hear, it has a "V" neck profile, Whilst the IB 64 Texan which I do own, has a very comfortable medium "C" profile. If the "V" neck on the AJ-500M is anything like that of my Yamaha LS-500, then it will be a great feeling neck, but then so is the Texans. Steve.
