I did a search for "ASH" and all it will return is posts with "Sl ash" "N ash ville" etc. Is it limited to words over three characters? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Thermionik Posted July 29, 2008 Share Posted July 29, 2008 Seems to just look for the string, igoring spaces etc. Kind of basic search fuctionality. It is good if you are looking for something specific (say powerchip) but falls down with a shed-load of returns for more basic stuff , like ash - as you discovered. All you can do is try and tighten up - search for ash AND wood or ash AND maple and see if you get better results. Toggle Booleans rule, toggle Booleans don't rule. Choose. Or not.
